I'm not going to fault you for not remembering your original sythe account (it was 6+ years ago).

Since it was just a paypal payment you stole, you should be able to refund it. If you refund the money I'll support this pardon

 

And since the victim wasn't refunded, or proof shown of this refund, I'll go ahead and close this pardon.
