    Most likely because you don't need two threads for your servicing (while it's in the same forum area anyway) - that's what I was told when I first joined.

    You just need to have one thread for both Fire Capes and TokHaar-Kals (implement the Kiln information into your Fire Cape thread and request a title change from a moderator).
