keylogger removel help[please]

Hi sythe this is my situation. one of my accounts have been getting hacked back n fourth and i have never sold or shared. So im a bit confused Unless Its a friend using a little key logger on my computer i think i might have a key logger.

im not 100 percent sure so i was wondering if theirs a recommended program or way to find all key loggers and get rid of them after =] I'm hoping im not key logged. chances are i might not be because he didn't touch my other account but you could never be to safe =]

AVG free 8.0 works pretty well.

Well some programs I used is Spybot and Hijack this which could possibly detect a keylogger.
