Keylog, maybe? HELP PLEASE

Hi guys, my other sythe account has been lost, recently i cant remember downloading anything suspicious but i just went onto my paypal and the password wont work at all? and the email wont send to me earthier, is this a keylogger? i have no credit card details on their as i removed it last week.
Also: can anything happen with the account even though their is no credit card details on it? And how can i check if i have a keylogger..

If nothing popped up on your antivirus, you're fine. I would do a scan right now to double check just to be on the safe side. As for your paypal account, try to call them and tell them what happened, and see If they can help you.

 

Download Maleware Bytes, google it, it's free and one of the best out there.

 

Open task manager and end any non-related windows process that you are not familiar with. After that, go to run and type in "%appdata%", make sure you're in the "roaming" folder. Delete all folders/files that you do not recognize. Then you need to go to run again and type in "msconfig". A window should pop up, click the "startup" tab and uncheck any program you are not familiar with, click apply. After doing all of the above steps, download "Malwarebytes". After going through the steps of installation do a full system scan, not a quick scan.

Final step = You're clean

*If signs still indicate you're being keylogged, just message me.

**EDIT** Another option I have recommended to other people is to download "keyscrambler", while you type it scrambles/encrypts your key strokes.
