Just A Warning

Don't troll the topic...it's just a warning. Not sure how widespread it is, but just watch out.

Lately lots of people have been getting wiped by Jagex if they RWT. Recently one of them was banned for RWT, and many of his accounts (not just one) got banned. He used to have access to another one of my friends account, I'll call him friend x, and friend x's account also got banned even though he didn't RWT.

I'm not 100% sure, but if someone that has the happen to them was to login to your account for skill training or some other service, you could get banned too if they did.

Again since I know someone will post something negative...I'm not Jagex, I don't know anything, but some people here would rather be safe and read this than take the unknowing risk.

 

Ya similar things have been happening with big gold traders. Sorry your friend was wiped

They're wiping accounts that are RWT'ing and also chain banning .

Pretty sure they are trying to build back their pre-bot economy so they are removing mass gold from the game.

 

It's only a matter of time, I've been hit already lost around 18b, I know viou and king tijn have suffered similar losses. Sorry for your friend's loss.

Punker had a nice idea of creating a hell load of mules for one day only, my suggestion would be to keep the cash in stable items, as from what I've seen they are only removing gp. (Someone needs to confirm this)

 

or just get rid of them asap. And I think yeah if we were to put it in offer or in raw material it would be better as they were only removing gold on all the ones i've seen

 

Hmm, since Jagex is coming down hard on RWT, will the rsgp buyers get banned or rollbacked too? Seems very risky to be buying any rsgp at the moment =/.

 

They wiped me for 360m i bought found out 3 secs ago such assholes.

Its not hard for them to implement a system to track who's giving away mass amounts of money each day... Doubt its a scare tactic considering if they've got the system set up it will be easy to track, some guy I met online use to do it on a private server so how hard can it be for a multi-million dollar company to implement into a game, you can troll it all you want, but I guarantee if you buy 2bil tonight in the morning you will have 1gp unless you know how to conceal it which I doubt you do.

 

Another friend of mine said he lost partyhats. Unless I understood him wrong the guy is reliable.

And the only safe method I can think of is doing a fake duel with you both risking the same (or similar) amounts of items in either conquest or the duel arena and purposfully have one lose. Could obviously only be used be legit sellers though, since it would be easy to scam and try to fight back and win

Both go to the duel arena, set-up a fake stake and the rsgp seller will let you win, why cant we do that?
