    He does scam it seems to me, he MSN'd with me. Slow replys and uses a OMM "friend" he has.

    Requires you to "gift" money over Paypal claiming to avoid the fees.
    Came off quite trusted, and even offered to deal in increments. Lost $17.50. Buyer/seller beware.
