JDK 6 not working??

    JDK 6 not working??
    Umm... the download fails at 26% and just stops.. the download speed goes to 0kb/sec.

    Also, during that 25%, it creates its own icon, and I try to put it in the recycle bin, and it tells me another program is already using it.... help??
