    I'm not entirely familiar with your situation but if he owes you money, he's obligated to pay you back regardless of whether we "approve" it or not...

    He has a debt with me, he got banned for refusal to pay. If he pays he wants to know if he gets unbanned. To be honest, I just want my money back.
