Jagex Updates

Regardless of what Jagex does they get hated on for. Sure there have been a few crap updates, but its not like they get together and devise ways to drive people away.

One complaint is that the bosses in the game were too easy. Qbd comes out and people complain it is too hard.

It's starting to really irritate me that people can't be happy either way. If they are so displeased why do they bother continuing to play?

Thoughts?

 

Well, you cannot please everyone so why not just please the majority?

There will always be haters.

P.s. QBD isn't that hard to be honest.

I think I agree with this. The irony of people complaining about one thing, then Jagex fixing it, and people complaining about the fix is just beyond me. It's like everyone in the world of runescape just decides to be difficult because they can on the internet. Blows my mind.

 

Exactly. Too many people complain. To be honest i have LOVED 99% of JaGeX's updates i have loved.

 

its just like any other game, people just like complaining. WoW, D3, CoD, LoL (oh god these are the worst people in the world).

But if youre still playing it you obviously enjoy it somewhat and theres really no reason to complain unless it takes away from what you were doing.

 

About the QBD though, why don't people want a hard challenge which can pay off with nice rewards? I think Jagex are doing a good job.

 

I think the biggest part of the RS players are happy but those haters are just crap..
Jagex is doing their best to make RS a good game.. so

 

People just love to complain, and will complain about anything

I have done more than my fair share of whining about Jagex's crappy updates and desperate/greedy money grabs, but those are really the only updates that bother me, or when they make unnecessary updates rather than focusing on something with more importance (the game engine problem over the last few months).

With that said, most of the actual game updates are quite good. In the case of the QBD, I think people are getting EXACTLY what they asked for. They wanted a hard boss, they got a hard boss

 

So very true. People complain and complain about something, so Jagex tries to fix what they're complaining about. Result? Complaining about the fix.

They should please the majority of players, Not the minority.

 

Because the people who the updates please will very rarely voice their happiness, however when it displeases people they're quick to moan. Happy content people are less vocal than whiney motherfuckers.
