Jagex switching my email?

    Jagex switching my email?

    So I just made a new account with a newly made email and everything. I put members on the account and traded around 7m to it via my other account. Now it says my email login is incorrect and not valid as if I didn't even make the account. Maybe Jagex caught me trading gp and decided to ban my new account or I got keylogged or something. My question is have they been known to do this and does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do?

    I doubt Jagex are changing your email. You may just have a keylogger, you might want to scan your computer with MalwareBytes just to be sure.

    They would have it as the account is locked or banned, but they would never delete the whole acc

    normally you can log in and check your warning and banning too so they wouldn't just delete your account without telling you

    Yeah could be either one of those it's just weird. I did a complete virus scan and nothing. The email just isn't valid.

    Jagex wouldn't do that, they are spending time nerfing everything else.

    There's no way they would be alerted by a 7m trade.. I've traded 3B + still not banned :3

    Alright well you guys have me convinced Jagex didn't take it or anything. Is there anyway to try and get it back if they changed the acc's email login?
