iTrader - vBulletin Plugin

Right so I figured iTrader (here) would be useful to keep vouches instead of having an extra forum for vouches.

You can also submit negative feedback for a user not just positive.

Think it would be a good idea?

They decline it because it's to easily abused.

 

Meh, there's a vouch section for a reason.

Nah, vouches and reputation are two different things.

 

It will be abused. People will give negative rep/vouches for personal reasons.

 

What is the difference between giving rep for personal reasons and giving vouhes for personal reasons? Do you all mean to tell me that vouches cannot be abused? I can go to my friends thread an vouch him for some shit and it'd be untraceable am I right? Would you know it was a legit vouch?

 

Yes but you can't really give bad vouches.

Besides, why should we fix something that snt broken...and if it were to be implemented what about all our old vouches?

 

Will be rejected but abuse would actually NOT be a problem....it isn't on other sites and punishments are harsh for false feedback.

But honestly we don't need it.

 

Then you guys can ban them. There could be a rule stating that if it has been proven that you gave someone wrong itrader then they can be infracted or banned.

 

Why not just keep vouches...?

 

With vouches you can chose what to use. Is this possible with this too?

 

It's basically the same. You just go to the users profile >> iTrader
It will show all their positive and negative 'points' and you submit feedback from there. Check out Bobbamarket.net for an example.

 

It requires you to supply a link to the thread about the sale or service. So it will be easy to weed out fake itrader points.
