Item exchange section

What is the functionallity of this now?
I think it is gone with the new update because the street price is the only price now and there is no difference between the real and the virtual value of an item.
The section was for trades involving an item for trade price +$. Now all items trade price are technically correct and trade price +$ would be something like trade price + 0$
It is just never used right now, or at least make a sticky for what it is for what it should be being used.

However some people are interested in buying items simply for convenience, or to try and avoid having to sell gp. The section still has functionality.

 

I really feel that those the threads that are selling items for $ belong in the gold exchange.

Any ways it's a mess some people are upgrading phats, some people are selling for rsgp some are selling items fro cash and some are selling needles.
The description for the section is updated and to the day is confusing, at least tell us what that section is in a sticky?

I don't see the point of this suggestion. You're trying to state the item exchange section is worthless/serves no purpose? I don't see any logical argument. People are doing the business they always have and because FT is released it is now a problem?

 

The item exchange has a very clear purpose, and its not going anywhere.
