It won't work?

Well I got a new computer about 2 weeks ago and just had my sythe username and password saved on the old computer so I went to go on sythe last week and noticed i had to put Username and Password but as I said I had it saved so I forgot about it after 2 years.

So anyway I type in my username and a ranadom pass to get to the "forgotten password" and I clicked it and emailed it to my email which i know it was registered on. It hasn't emailed me in a week? I tryed 2-4 more times during the week and none of them have worked.

P.S I really dont know where to post this so i decided to not register and just post it here..
