Issue with paypal

Hey, so i transferred money from my paypal to a sellers paypal, and the seller doesn't see the money on his paypal. It's been about 30 minutes now, is this normal? In my paypal history it says the money has been transferred.
He opened a currency same as mine just before i sent it, could that be the reason why?

 

If you've sent the payment through Bank then it can take up to 3 days or so before it'll show up on his side.

 

it was through paypal wallet.

 

If you sent an echeck it can take 3-5 days to clear. Otherwise I'd suggest you have the person you sent the money to screen share with you to prove they indeed did not receive the money. I'm not saying you're being scammed but tread lightly.

 

Did you manage get this sorted? perhap other guys account has a limit on it?

 

nah he's been offline for two days, was just a scammer. scammed me for 13 bucks what the fuck.

 

File a scam report if he was from Sythe.

If he scammed you on here then report him. If not you can always chargeback?

 

Tell him/her to check their paypal you sometimes need to claim it to show up on your account

Yea paypal is normally instant and you get a email about it sorry for you loss mate.
