    I laughed a bit IRL. Yeah, if it's given evidence that he's a ban evader/scammer he shouldn't be rewarded, if no evidence is provided I think he should.
    I think tyro should show evidence for his ban, and if there isn't enough and he remains not banned then he should be rewarded with it. But I'm not complaining, another chance to win $110. :)
