ISP Banned ??

    Its this some kind of joke ??
    I crated 2 disputes and none of them was showed in the forum.
    No one from my friends (and they are more than 10) cant enter or register the site?
    Its there any reason to ban the ISP ?
    I tryed to enter the site from my friends becouse from my computer i cant and its the same..
    My ip is : 87.97.232.231
    I dont know why u banned the isp but thats not fair for all of us.
    I really like to know the reason and not only this.
    I like my ip to be unbanned becouse there is no reason to be banned.
