Is this allowed?

Well this guy randomly adds me and asks if i want to buy the account, which i do. He tries to use MMs etc. and tries to look legit. Since the MM he chose had been banned before, i wouldn't use them, cos i'm paranoid about being scammed anymore now.

Well to cut a long story short, he said he had to go, gave me the account details and logged off, and said 'i took a screenie of this, so you can't scam me now '.

Well, i think he might have previous info on the account (ie. past membership details, agreement numbers, transaction numbers etc.) that he he won't tell me, and will use to recover the account after i get some money on it and pay him $25 on paypal.

Well anyway, back to my question, am i allowed to change the pass to see if he has the ability to recover or not?

 

Well if hes given you account details he obviously wants you to change it. Btw if hes maneged to remove the recoveries that means he has some previous info on the account. You can change the password now, and when he gets back he will prolly ask you for the $25.

 

Oh wait, he doesnt have recoveries, i don't know what to do, he's only asking for $25 for some decent stats tbh. My motto is, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

maybe u shud change the pass, wait a couple days then pay him, like set your own recov's etc.
