Is it safe?

I am just wondering if it's safe to buy bulk in one trade, like say If I was to purchase.. 220mil, would that raise a flag in Jagex' system and start an investigation as to how I came up with that amount of money in a single trade? Will I be banned on suspicion of RWT'ing?

Naw man Bills on top of BILLS are traded in this game daily so I think 1 trade of that amount won't get you a red flag but if you trade that much everyday, then maybe.
