Is botVPS trusted

Sorry to trouble you all and also to moderators who want to manage this forum, i just want to ask a simple question about this website called botvps.com, if this is not the right place please move it which is this should be because i can't found about discussion about reliability of some service outside. I will say thank you.

Ok i just want to know is botvps.com trusted and will their sever fail often, is there any customer service there?

When I went to the website and try to buy a package from them it direct me to the paypal website straight I felt very strange because some VPS website will go into set-up first then talk about payment, but this was different it go straight into payment. So i just want to know is it trusted?
