IRC down?

    Looks like it's being attacked. I got on there for a few seconds, but there were no services.

    Any idea what's going on?

    I can't log into the shell, it's down.

    Until it's up, there is nothing I can do.

    Once the shell comes up, the ircd and subsequent services should automatically boot within 10 mins.
