open the whole and stick it in there, its that easy, ooo make sure its hard too, dont want it to break "Thats wat she said!"
Just download iTunes and plug it up, something will pop up asking if you want to sync to this pc (which will delete everything off your iPod btw). Unless its jailbroken then you can ssh music onto it. You can get iTunes here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
