Ipod touch help.

I have the Ipod Touch 4g, and I'm trying to sync new songs to it, but my computer won't recognize it.



That's the message it gives me.
Does anyone know what I can do? I got it to work yesterday, but I don't exactly remember what I did.

 

Try Plugging it into different ports of your computer.. If not, Then Get another USB Cable, if you have one, and try to use that. It always helps me

 

It almost definitely a hardware issue, not a software issue. The above to functions should do the trick. If not, try using it on another PC.

If you're still having issues let us know, in that case it'll be a software issue with the actual iPod.
