iPod/iTunes Help Needed.

I downloaded these to videos today. And I put them on my iPod, and now when i go to my iTunes library, and I delete them. It's all good. But then i Sync my iPod, and there still there. Someone help?

Anyways, I think this belongs in the tech section, but I'll see if I can help :/
Did you make sure that you are syncing "all videos", even if you don't have any in your iTunes?
Or maybe just add a useless video so that the useless video syncs over top of the ones that are on your iPod now?
I'm not very experienced in iTunes, but if you are putting something new on it should erase what's on there right now from my experience.

 

With you iPod connected, in iTunes, click your device, then at the top click Movies, then click Sync Movies
After that it's up to you to check off the movies you want to sync.
