iPad mini - isn't that an iPod touch? /sarcasm

I'd go for the larger screen of the iPad. If I want something that is a smaller iPad I'll but a touch ner for $150.

 

The iPad mini is nothing but a shitty gimmick. All of their gadgets they produce are nearly exactly alike now except for their name and their size. It has a slower processor speed, lower graphics and is still largely too big to fit in most pockets. What a waste of money.

 

The whole point of the iPad Mini is that it has a smaller screen and smaller footprint, making it easier to carry around and use. As a big fan of MMORPG Cyber Monster, I want to give some suggestions. I hope they will provide more classes and open more monsters and maps. I have posted my suggestion on MMOWood, if you like this game and please discuss with me on the forum.

 

As if the normal ipad was hard to carry around, I couldn't use the smaller screen very well.

 

That was exactly my first impression.

 

Probably was going to name it Ipod Touch Note at first

 

Whichever feels better to use in your own eyes? I have an iPad that I take to lectures and to be honest, if I could type (on-screen keyboard wise) on the mini just as easily as on the iPad, then why not go for something smaller.

 

Haha I never really had a problem with taking long notes on my iDevices, thanks to my apply keyboard. I use it on my iphone when I'm watching something on my ipad and need to take notes, vice versa, and also on my ipad when I need to take important notes from things on the computer, but writing is not an option and I don't have two monitors.

When writing long walls of text, onscreen keyboard size never mattered to me

 

I don't own any. Only Ipod i own is the nano 5th gen.

 

I find it as useless as the classic size iPad. And this is not my negative opinion of Apple, i have a iPhone and iPod nano. I just can't get any reason why not using a laptop insted as today you can get even 11'' very powerfull laptop with long battery life. But if I had to choose between iPad and iPad Mini I'd choose the big version.
