IP Banned?

Trying to access any part of Sythe.org gives me the message that i've been IP Banned. No idea why , I haven't made a trade in months. I rarely even post, I tried to read a thread that someone sent me a link to and got that message.

My username is "rsp dragon" , prior to this I don't think i've ever been infracted or anything. I live in the UK and I understand there used to be some sort of block on certain parts of the UK. I don't know if this is still the case but i've never been affected by this before.

I'm using a proxy to type this.
