Ip Banned??

Hello, my friend made his account using my computer. You can verify this by checking the ip at which he was banned, which was his house. But since he made his account on MY computer I am unable to register and create an account due to an ip ban. Which is unfair, I personally did nothing wrong. What he did is his business even though I know for a fact he did nothing wrong either, he was accused of scamming someone when in reality they were scamming him. But anyways please unban my ip so I can enjoy this website. Sebastiandidwhat was the banned account if that helps.
