    I reported this user quite a while ago in the thread linked above. The scam report was ruled in my favor and I was to be paid back $55,50 in damages. I never received this refund, the chargeback was unsuccessful and eventually I forgot about it. I just remembered this event and after checking on his profile, found he was still (semi-)active.

    I'm still open to that refund, but I'd like to see this user banned until that time.
