Sent gin 62 by accident friday, I've dealt with him once before and it seemed fine...he asked for my bank details yesterday...ignores me all day, and now today over 24 hours later some bs excuse..

I sent.him this friday it's now sunday...the guy never had any gold, been scammed twice by others on his server.

 

You have no evidence to support your claim.

To begin with, you transferred the money to me in error. At no point prior to that did I offer to sell you anything, and therefore it remains at my discretion whether I choose to return the funds. (This isn't a "scam" It was your own error)

I have already explained my circumstances to you, yet you continue to message me despite my making it clear that I currently do not have access to any means of payment due to an investigation with my bank.

Furthermore, it is entirely illogical to suggest that I would attempt to scam you out of £62 when I am a $1,000 donor. That allegation simply does not stand up to reason.

I suggest you reconsider your post.

Nope. I told you I'd call the bank if it wasnt returned by 9pm last night. You asked me at 9am for my bank details and you said, next time. I wont return it.

I did what you asked and you decided to mess about. Doesnt matter what donor you are, I've had multiple people tell me your a scammer.

 

Once my moneys returned, I'll then retract the bank dispute. It's that simple. I gave you 2 full days to return it, like you said you would.

 

And no, you said 9am yeaterfay send bank details, dont moan your out all day. I waited all day, tou was online via mobile then went off once you saw I came online...as I took photos showing that also.

A full 30 hours later you then mention tour banks problems, wellcyeah because I disputed it as you didnt return it...gave you warnings

 

This matter cannot reasonably be classified as a scam, as no trade was initiated.

As I have previously explained, I currently do not have access to my bank account, as it is under investigation for an unrelated issue. As a result, my shop is temporarily closed.

You are, of course, entitled to raise a dispute regarding the transaction, and I have no objection to you doing so.

However, describing this situation as a “scam” constitutes a unfounded allegation.

Additionally, the messages you sent to me on Discord were inappropriate, abnoxious & unprofessional, which led me to block further communication on that platform with you
