Explanation of the trade: I purchased the above amount on their website, using my joint account card. They initially said thats fine and would deliver in 2 trades, then all of a sudden they ask for my full name, fine, then ask for ID, I told them I am not providing my ID as I dont need to. They then said my name doesnt match the card holders (first name is different, my auto-fill is my wifes, Sharon.) They then refunded the order and told me I'll get my money back in 10 business days?! I dont feel this is sufficient and is unscrupulous as they advertise a 5 minute delivery time. I also note how I have purchased from them 3 times before and have never been asked for ID.

I've also now been banned from their website livechat by "Mike" as I've stated I want my money or gold now. We all know refunds dont have to take 10 business days and $375 is a lot of money to wait because of their policy that they've never enforced before.
