Invalid report

On 14-12-21 I purchased a 07 RS account for £267.71. When I attempted to login yesterday, it was coming up incorrect password. So, with the yandex email account warehouse provided me with and stated not to change the password or change the email associated with the RS account incase the account was recovered and they could investigate.

When attempting to reset the password, I’m not getting any links to the email, nor has they been any emails stating the password or email has been changed (obviously the emails have been deleted my account warehouse)

When contacting account warehouse they have stated that they don’t deal with RuneScape accounts anymore and all they can do is provide me with not even half of the recovery information I need. They haven’t contacted me since then.

Account warehouse were the only ones who had access to the yandex email, the fact they is no emails stating the password change or email change tells me that account warehouse have recovered the account and took control.
