    Good evening fellow Syther's, I had asked [a service provider - Mod edit] a simple question, if he was using Venezuelans for his services or real people, and he had instead called me "elitist", I simply wanted to know if my accounts were going to be trained fast, as venezuelans are known to be slow due to their internet.

    This man is clearly paying his venezuelans $0.25 an hour.

    Hello @ih8btcl0l,

    Service providers on sythe are allowed to hire people from / outsource work to people from any country, unless they specifically state otherwise.
    If a service provider outsources, he must inform his customers. However, a service provider is not obliged to tell a customer where his workers / people he outsources to reside.
    If you require this information and a service provider declines your request, you're free to continue looking around (there's no shortage of service providers on sythe).
    If two parties voluntarily agree on a certain pay, sythe.org staff members have no say in whether the agreed upon amount is appropriate, or it is not.

    If I didn't understand / address your concerns, you're fee to make a new report. However, if you choose to do so, make sure to read the rules and pinned threads first.
