Invalid report

So I wanted an NH bridding AHK and so I payed quite a bit ($100) for a specific script. They failed to mention that the script would be too slow to use for pking. They do great work, and I'm not dissing their stuff BUT they 100% need to include / mention that the color AHKs are too slow to use for pking / NH bridding before they sell to someone wanting them. I feel like I was tricked / lured into giving them $100 when they've probably had multiple people before me who said it was too slow. Their color AHKs may be good for pvm but they need to warn pkers that it's too slow for pking. I asked for a refund but got no response and something tells me they're going to say no even though they never warned me before I payed $100 and got stuck with a useless script.
