invalid no proof

Hello there, I paid for my infernal cape at 11pm last night, and was told there was a 3 player queue. I sent all the info at 8am the next day, per agreement, and service has still yet to be rendered. Machine keeps telling me soon, but i get zero updates along the way other than, "soon" or "100% today" with no time frame in play. I have requested my 200m back due to wait time and lack of communication 2 hours ago, and have not gotten a reply from the booster of the owner. I simply want my money back this is just not was i was looking for. Can someone please assist me in receiving my money back from this group.
