   Invalid Ip?

   I'm using windows xp sp2 professional. When I use windows update and after rebooting, the professional doesn't appear when loading. When it is loaded, I try to connect to the internet but it says something like, 'Invalid Ip'. I can't connect to the internet so I had to system restore. Any help?
