I was given this infraction for that post. Well you may assume that I'm accusing him of scamming, but I'm not, I'm simply declaring that he was acting quite sketchy during the trade, so I stated "Trade With Caution" to warn other users in case they were to trade him. Not once on my thread did I accuse him of scamming I merely stated he was not being clear during the trade process and I felt I shouldn't trade him because of it

Borderline accusation. I can see your point, but I can see how it could be misinterpreted, too. Just keep your record clean for a month and you'll be fine.
