Infractions

As I have come to realize, infractions in Sythe serve as warnings for a person that they have indeed wronged and prohibit them from recurring mistakes.Yet, if a person gets 5+ infractions in one day, they have received no chance of redeeming themselves by correcting their wrongs. Obviously, scammers should be banned right away, but for minor offenses such spamming and signature violations, how does a maximum of 3 infractions per day sound for minor offenses?
