Infraction + Guide

I recieved an infraction for selling a guide that was already published as "Free".

My guide is distinctly different from his. With my method you do not lose any GP in the transfer, and he admits multiple times that his way is "pure luck".

In the last quote he even says "a method he tried to sell but it doesnt work" He himself is saying a leecher with 8 posts is selling a guide which does not work and is not varified. Like I said before, my guide has worked multiple times in the past which I have video proof of.

Although i'm in great doubts of this guide. I 'm very tempted to buy it ;S

Each time he says it's risky, not 100% and completely random. I have shown "badger191" my guide and video showing that you can trasfer ALL the gold EVERYTIME. I talked to him around 2PM the other day about this and the other guy's thread wasn't even posted until 7PM.

And as far as the second post in this thread goes, I sold my first copy to a fake e-mail adress and he just happened to post the exact guide word-for-word in someone else's thread and I get an infraction for it? That was the first copy of my guide that I got scammed out of. My method is improved now and includes many other features.

My thread was posted at Today, 02:33 PM , His was posted at Today, 07:31 PM, I had no clue this was selling for free, I'm almost positive the guy that posted behind him got it from me.


And also, my guide has many other tips and useful infromation that he left out.

I'd be MORE than willing to show a mod my guide (again) to prove that it is infact MINE, that it is different from "uselesspoop"'s method and that I should not be penalized for this..

I can also provide a video with me on MY account using the method and a screen shot of when I uploaded it to Youtube earlier that day to get varified.

He has posted in my thread asking for MY guide, he made his thread AFTER mine, and the only other post there is a guy that scammed my old guide word-for-word.

Even here when I talked to him he implys that my guide is different but unbelievable..it is a good guide and I have proved it numerous times but there is no doubt that mine is different from his.

Ideally I would like to be able to sell my guide again and have my infraction removed. Either one of those would be acceptable with me. Thanks for the support in advance.
