The SFA forum is for intelligent debate, and in your post you mindlessly ranted about Mexicans. This clearly has no place in a forum for intelligent debate. That infraction is clearly warranted as you both flamed mexicans and ignored the stickies of the SFA.

On a side note, the other infraction is warranted on the basis that it was a troll. It was a video posted claiming to be video of a murder (which in itself would not be allowed), but instead is some random video about nothing.
