Importing Runescape Item Database

Id like to know if there is a way to import the entire rs item database into either a text file or a excel file as long as all the items names are available in a list.

And yes I've used google.

Any ideas

I downloaded the sample and apparently there are plenty of items. I haven't checked if there are all the items.
