Impking = scammer

I was selling him my 113 runescape account.

I insisted to use an OMM,he said he did not have the time.

Instead we agreed on a 50-50,I ended up being nice about it and giving him the acc pass first and letting him check it out without the rest of the info

He leaves and never pais then complains to me about it when I dont give him the password first again.

He is a scammer and I have already had 3+ people telling me about bad experiences with him.

No I do not have proof,but if you guys want to let this scammer run around then that's fine with me.
