How they scammed: Told me firstly, there is 100% no verification needed. Only need to pay via home ip and forward reciept. So i go ahead make the fucking payment then this retard tells me i need itbecause my name is high risk? High risk because i have my first name as mohammed? Like what kind of fucking racism is this? I tell him provide me proof its high risk he says " wait i have to find it " like what? how does that even make sense, how do you come to the conclussion that it's high risk if you dont even have evidence to back it up right infront of you . I mean if they dont even get infractioned for Misleading costumers and fucking wasting time and wasting my money on fees and racial profiling i have no idea how corrupt sythe has become

That’s not black hat. Every Gold website that sells via PayPal does those checks to help protect themselves against fraud. He should have deleted his post and kept it private for only mods to see. veng informed him, and he did. When he was last truly active, posts such as IPs weren’t regularly hidden. Aside from that, the information is relevant to the case as it’s part of why he says he needed to refund you. The other part he stated as a reason as to why he needed to refund you wasn’t said very well.
