..and remove it from the Recycle Bin, is there any way to get it back without buying those programs?

Try http://www.recuva.com/, Free and easy to use application.

    Some info:

Recuva is a freeware Windows utility to restore files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer. This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. It will even bring back files that have been deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!

System restore almost never effects files or documents, so I don't think that will work.

So there isn't a way to do it without downloading anything? I thought you might be able to do it with CMD or something.

I assume what Suf means is, the files you need have to be paid for, due to the fact we can't find and link you to them on Sythe.Org

CMD can delete files, move and create files but not restore them.
