    No, you must purchase it. Unless of course, you do illegal things to obtain it - but I would not advise that, hence the word illegal.

    There is a free version but site is currently down and I don't think it works atm.

    yeah sites currently down :( and xp rates are slow till lvl 65 or so + and you get anywhere from 10-20k xp a hour depending on your current stats which is good :)
