I was scammed [QUESTION]

Hello, I was just scammed 115M by another Sythe user, he got my skype from my thread so all I really have to go on is chat logs and the fact that his skype matches that of the one on his profile, is there anywhere I can go with this or do I just have to take the loss? :/

 

Unfortunately we can't refund a user after they've been scammed, however if you post the proof here we can look into it to deem whether or not you have enough proof. If you do, we can ban them and if they would like to return to the site, they'll need refund you.

 

Sweet, okay I'd like to do that! But all I have is Skype chat logs? And the fact that he deleted me right after I went first! Would that be enough to convict him?

 

Chuck them up and we'll take a look. Possibly not as we do usually require proof beyond reasonable doubt.
