I Need Help!

Hi, i need help someone sent me one of those things that makes your msn so you cant log in. I can't figure out how to get rid of it so if someone could help me figure out how to get rid of it i would really appreciate it. Post here if you can help me. Thanks.

delete the folder coresponding to yur email...

When i get to Microsoft, Windows Live Contacts isn't in there.

uninstall msn n reinstall, probably the only other way m8

 

ok the guy prob used this certain program to freeze ur msn account to keep u from logging in>
you should be able to fix these by enetering your security question

 

You could give more information, for example was it a file or something transferred that caused the problem or perhaps you entered that code into your personal message? What exactly happened?

 

It was a personal message code that messed it up.
