I Need Help! :(

Hello there, I am Dissmiss God and I have an issue at my hands.
My inbox is glitched and it is bothering me a lot!
I can not receive private messages and it bothers me as it cuts off communication.
Can a staff member please help me with my issue somehow?​

Have you tried deleting all past PM's, including those in the sent box?

 

I don't see why that would be an issue.
I have 14/250.

 

Okay, this is the only possible solution I can think of.

1. Up the top of the screen, click the writing that reads "User CP," then Click "Edit Options."
2. Scroll down to the subsection labelled "Messaging and Notifications" and from there, 'Private Messaging."
3. You should see the writing "Enable Private Messaging" and a small box to the left of it. The box should have a small green tick in it like below. If it doesn't, click it, then scroll down and hit save changes.

There is a green check enabling private messages.
That's not the problem.

Try clicking the Box on/off then log out and try restart your Computer. If it doesnt work then i suggest you try it on another computer. And if works on that computer then you will know thats its your computer. Like wise if it doesnt work then you know its the site glitching your PM Box.

You may still have to try deleting all of your private messages and just open up a notepad and copy all of them into that and save it to your documents. If that don't help your going to have to contact an administrator.

 

I deleted all my sent items and then tried to PM myself.
It showed that the message was sent, but I still had nothing in my inbox.

What has happened is that there is TWO accounts registered under your nickname, which is a uncommon error created by the site when entering your new account details.

I will request an admin to delete the duplicate account for you, as the PMs will be directed to that profile.
