Yeah I agree. Just do firemaking. Its so easy to get to 99 with and then u got a 99 cape

 

11mil? i would get magic cape or the capes above, but with magic cape u can do vengeance and other shit so it would be dope.

I say herblore since it requires money and you will want to train it eventually.

 

Thieving you don't need any money to do it usually and you can make money and make a 100% profit.

 

just hit it up with slayer mate . 11m will go along way and you'll make back ALOT of the cash
