Has a TWC and market ban even been considered?

This whole 'case' is stupid. I was a $75 donor and I got banned for 'scamming' something worth $90. Besides my donator status, I'd like to say my reputation was strong - don't you think I could have scammed a lot more if I actually wanted to?

Please, please, please give this a second shot. I know I'll be lucky to even get a TWC/Market ban, but please, you can't just kill my account with such little proof of anything.

I won't make a comment on much of the case, because I haven't paid close attention to it, but I will say that a TWC/market ban has been considered during the investigation. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I'll let another mod/admin comment on this for later.
