I have problems

Alright so in 7th grade I met this girl, awesome girl. We've dated almost 3 years now, but I always seem to cheat on her. I can't help myself and I know I love her. I can't keep cheating on her because it's killing me not to tell her. I know I can't live without her by my side so I need help stopping this.

Tl;dr I love her but I cheat on her. How do I stop

 

Mind me asking the reason(s) you cheat on her? If there are any?

I don't really know, this girl is good looking so it's not like I'm looking for a more attractive girl I just can't help myself. I go on vacation or wherever and I just hook up, then feel guilty.

 

She is all I need. I could live without anybody else but I don't know why i can't stop myself.

 

If you love her you will stop on your own its called will-power and from what you say you have none....

 

What comes to your mind when you hook up with another girl and not the girl you love? Guilt?

 

I try will-power, I tell myself I'm not gonna do anything but then I can't contorl myself. Is there any techniques I can use to control myself better? I have ADD, Insomia, and ADHD.

Yeah I understand that. Especially for long periods of time, it's almost like you start losing contact with her (your girlfriend).

You also know you can't get caught, I guess really it's more based on your morals and what you believe is right and wrong.

 

Have you tried different ways to cope, other than hooking up with girls? Not pertaining to just jerkin it, but you know talking to other people?

 

I know it's wrong, real wrong. I know it'd hurt her but I guess I just tell myself "if she don't know she don't hurt" Is that an okay way of living life?

 

Not really, I mean not to brag I'm good with girls. I feed them lies just to hook up with them and it always works. Do you have any suggestions?

 

Going by "what they don't know won't hurt them" is not a good standard to integrate into your life. Otherwise, you're going to find yourself in a shitload of more trouble, not just cheating on a girlfriend.

This may be personal, but can I ask how this all started? Like, Cliff notes?

 

Hang out with Alynn more often - avoid too much contact with other girls, and always try and have her around so you're not tempted.
Do you get enough "Action" so to speak, from her? Maybe that's the problem... you're just not content with what you're currently getting.

 

I guess it all started with Truth or Dare. That damned game got me hooked on the thrill. Maybe that's it. The thrill of going behind somebody's back.

 

Some suggestions I have is to keep in contact with your girlfriend through texts and make it last the whole day or whenever your out. Other ways is to just stick around with friends to avoid hooking up with other girls, make them prevent you in any way possible. Or jerk it 24/7 if all else fails.
But to really try and get to the basis of this lust, I have to ask, are you physical with your girlfriend? Or do you wish to wait until the time is right?

 

I'd try to refrain from being in positions where you're tempted to hook up with other girls. For instance, say you're invited to a party and you know you'll probably get some action , don't go to the party. Think about how she'd feel if she found out.

 

I'm physical with my girlfriend, yes. We haven't had sex but I've done plenty of feeling and entering with my hands. I'm really shy telling over people so that's all I'll say. My friends make it a game. They place bets on which one of us gets the most girls overnight. I masturbate about twice a day. I text my girlfriend even when I'm with other girls.

 

Yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about. It's like drug-use, the only real way to quit is to rehabilitate and reevaluate your standards. You need to ask yourself is she important enough to you to make sacrifices (I.E. random sex)?
