Do you see how someone was banned? or can you not? Do you just look throught their posts or soemething

 

You can't see the actual reason.
Best bet is seeing if there was a Scam Report on them, or checking the Spam Forum.

 

Or you can use the "Where did a Sythe member go" thread in this forum. If anyone knows, they'll tell you.

 

90 % of sythe members who are banned, were banned for scamming.
